Refund Policy
REFUNDS
We will accept unworn, undamaged items for up to 14 days after your order was delivered. All return items must have original tags attached.
For returns, and your protection, please use a trackable shipping service like Fed Ex, USPS, or UPS. Once your return is received and inspected, we will call you or send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
We will refund the receipt cost of the item(s) and UPS shipping label for your order. All refunds must be made in the form of payment on your order. After 14 business days, if you have not received your refund, please contact us at tami@talkofthewalk.com
SALE ITEMS
Items can be returned for Online Store Credit Only.
EXCHANGES
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, in a different size, please send us an email at tami@talkofthewalk.com to make arrangements.
